Clean Water and Sanitation 💧 SDG 6 🛁 Sustainable Development Goals for Kids

Educational video for children that talks about the sixth of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), clean water and sanitation. Water is a very important resource that all living beings depend on. Water sanitation refers to the set of technical and social actions that make safe and accessible water available to everyone in the world. According to data from the United Nations, one out of every three people in the world does not have access to drinking water, and two out of every five do not have a basic facility to wash their hands. Millions of people do not even have access to a toilet. All this makes hygiene conditions in many places quite limited. For these and other reasons, the UN has made clean water and sanitation one of its Sustainable Development Goals. The United Nations aims to achieve universal access to safe drinking water within the next few years. To achieve this, it is essential to reduce pollution and to make water sources more available in every inhabited place on the planet. This video is a very useful and interesting resource for children. It is perfect for teaching what the Sustainable Development Goals are. It is an excellent video for primary education. LONG DIVISION ➗ One and two digit division 👩🏻‍🚀 Math for Kids 🚀 Compilation

Educational video for children that talks about long division with one and two digit numbers. To divide is to split a quantity into equal parts. The dividend is the number that is divided into, while the number that it is divided by is called the divisor. In other words, in a division problem, the divisor is divided into the dividend. To divide, you need to know the multiplication tables very well. To start long division, we have to see how many digits of the dividend we have to use. The rule is that the digit of the dividend we are going to divide into has to be equal to or greater than the divisor. We have to mentally calculate which number multiplied by the divisor is closest to that digit of the dividend. Then, we write it down above the box and put that number times the divisor below the dividend. After that, subtract the product from the dividend and write the result below. The result of a division problem is called the quotient. When there are no more numbers left to divide, we get the remainder. If the remainder of the division is equal to 0, it is an exact division. In other words, it is possible to divide the whole dividend into equal parts with nothing left over. When the remainder is not 0, or there is a number left over, it is called an inexact division. To check your work, follow this rule: the dividend of a division problem equals the divisor multiplied by the quotient plus the remainder. This video is a very useful and interesting resource for children. It is perfect for teaching about long division with one and two digit numbers. It is an excellent video for primary education. EMBARRASSMENT for kids 😖 What is embarrassment? 😳 Emotions for Kids

Educational video for children that talks about emotions and anger. Emotions are the responses we have to what happens around us. They can be of different shapes and sizes but they are all equally important. They allow us to express how we feel and understand how others feel. Emotions have a limited duration, that is, they are temporary. Embarrassment is an emotion that can appear when we are afraid that others will think negative things about us. It can arise when someone laughs at us or when we find ourselves in an uncomfortable situation and we do not know how to react. It is an emotion that, although it may seem negative, also helps people to improve. Normally, it appears because we want to fit into a community, such as our class or our group of friends. Therefore, it helps us to avoid repeating mistakes and act in a more appropriate way in the future. When we are in an uncomfortable situation, like when something unexpected happens in front of other people, it is normal to feel embarrassed. We can also experience it when we talk to a stranger, when we are asked to do something we do not know how to do, when we have to speak in front of many people or when we trip in public. All emotions are equally necessary, and that is why it is very important to learn to understand and express them. This way we will know how we feel, and in this way we will be able to communicate it to the people around us. This video is a very useful and interesting resource for children. It is perfect for teaching about emotions and how to recognize embarrassment. It is an excellent video for primary and early childhood education. Thanks for visiting us! Gender Equality 👧🧑🏻 SDG 5 👩‍💼 Sustainable Development Goals for Kids

Educational video for children that talks about the fifth of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), gender equality. Gender equality is when all people, regardless of their gender, have the same opportunities, rights and benefits and are treated with respect in all parts of their lives. The conditions women have lived in throughout history have meant that the fight for equality is focused on giving them the same rights as men. Only 13% of the world's land is owned by women. Women continue to be paid less for similar jobs and have less access to education. For these and many other reasons, gender equality is one of the top sustainable development goals for the United Nations. Equality is not only a fundamental human right, it is one of the foundations for building a peaceful and sustainable world. Although much progress has been made, women and girls around the world still do not have access to the same opportunities as men. To put an end to this situation, it is important to change some laws, rethink certain customs, and promote policies that put an end to the injustices against women and girls around the world. This video is a very useful and interesting resource for children. It is perfect for teaching what the Sustainable Development Goals are. It is an excellent video for primary education.
